Is there a possibility of Automatically Loading a .TXT file data generated By BIP Report

Hi Experts,

Wondering if it is possible to automate the process of data load.

Steps being:

1) .TXT file is generated by BIP Report

2) File is placed in UCM

3) A process picks the UCMand uses Transformation Formula and loads data into Oracle HCM Cloud

All steps 1,2,3 combined as a single composite flow / job-set and scheduled to run daily.

Any poointers/ suggestions are appreciated.
