Hello,

I have requirement for UK Annual Leave. It should be calculated leaves as per below scenario.

1. There is no carry over concept.

2. All employees will have 25 leave balance on 1 Jan 2020.

3. All employees will have 25 leave balance on 1 Jan 2021 as well and same it goes for all future years ( There is no carry over concept)

4. Total Annual Leave is 25 which is equal to 2.08 * 12 months

5. If any employee joins in Feb then he must have leave balance 22.92 ( example : 25-2.08 )

6. If any employee joins in March then He must have leave balance 20.84 ( example 25 -2.08-.208)

Please let me know if anyone has created such fast formula.

Howdy, Stranger!
