When we add a line from catalog while creating a PO, and then try to submit the PO, we are receiving an error : You must provide a value for the Base Price attribute (Screenshot Attached).

However, we are neither using PO discounts field nor enabled the Opt-in feature.

Also on google, we found a Document (Doc ID 2625955.1), but seems like Oracle has made it non-public.
