Product Recommendation not appearing

Unable to see product recommendation widget in storefront

Content

After adding product recommendation widget with Strategy:Blended and Restriction:Unrestricted, there is no sign of content in the storefront.

"Show me relevant site content and promotions whilst browsing." checkbox is active in shopper profile. Also updated the below properties as true.
