Dynamic requisition line DFF, update value based on supplier selection

Is it possible to create a DFF at requisition line level that dynamically updates based on supplier selected

Is it possible to update the value of a DFF based on the supplier selected when entering a requisition line?

Essentially the functionality we are after is exactly the same as Supplier Site which is dynamically updated based on the supplier, and then the supplier contact (and associated fields) which is updated based on the supplier site selection.

We have read the following support doc but could not get the parameter working. We haven't come across any other documentation during our research. How to Define Parameter Based DFF segments in Self Service Procurement (Doc ID 2286934.1)
