Time entry rule fast formula

Hello,

I am trying to create some time entry rules that limit the number of overtime hours entered. The requirement is to cap the number of overtime hours at 128 hours with a reference period of 4 months. In 4 months you cannot log more than 128 hours.

I have used a seeded Oracle formula (attached) and created new time category that include only overtime. I have set a limit number of hours and it worked. If overtime time types were more than that limit the system threw the error. But I don't know how to reference this to a 4 month period. I have only per day or per time card option. Do you know what and how can I modify the formula to apply this maximum limit of hours for a 4 month period reference and throw an error only if in the last 4 months
