Approval Rule Issue - Role based and hitting the wrong path.
Summary
Wrote a rule based on roles and a user who has two roles is hitting the wrong path.Content
Hello!
I have written an approval rule that delineates between whether an HR Specialist, HR Super User or Line Manager initiate a transaction. Each one has a different pathway on the approval.
I am having a problem because the HR Super User has both the HR Specialist role as well as the HR Super User role. Because of this, my HR Super User is initiating a transaction and its following the HR Specialist approval path.
I am using the out of the box roles and I included what I wrote for my rules below.
