Seniority hours

We are developing a report using OTBI and one of the columns is to populate employees Seniority hours. Wondering which subject area contains that information? We used "Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time"."Seniority Hours"."Seniority Hours" but there is no data in that field. 

I have attached the screen shot to pin point exactly what we are looking for.
