Hello there

I'm trying to stablish a new process and to do it, it's needed for employees to request external courses or events through non-catalog learning.
I've made the rule and it was correctly sent to approval. The workflow was approved. BUT i've got some issues/doubts:
1 -  It didn't show in Transaction Console. Am I missing a role to make it visible or something?
2 - How can the HR and Learn Specialist keep track of these requests besides their own approval in the workflow.
3 - The email and bell notification didn't displayed the "approve or reject" buttons. Where can I activate it?
