FYI Notification for Supplier Contact Changes

Hi,

I have to define the supplier contact changes approval in Oracle Fusion. I see we have task SupplierContactChangeRequestFYI , but I do not see 'Go to Rules' option. 

When I select Approval Role and enter Supplier Administrator Code , notification is not triggered. Can you please suggest.
