    Summary

    Anticipated results returning based on "on or before" parameters, but results are actually using date equals X parameters

    Last fall (I believe with 19D) we observed during one of the Oracle events that the date fields in many of the Learning Admin screens had been card coded to return results of On or Before.  We aren't observing this in our environment and it is especially a challenge in the Learners tab.

    Is anyone able to filter a range of dates here, or do all date fields only produce results for exact date match?
