Can job title in local language be recorded in HCM?

Can job title in local language be recorded in HCM?  I was expecting HCM would have "out of the box" fields to capture job title in local language, and other country specific job attributes.  But my support team tells me it does not (Taiwan is where I want it for now) and to capture that I'd have to use DFFs in the job table.
