BPM Rule - Absence Management - Auto Approve if Manager submits on behalf of Employee

Summary

Condition required for when Line Manager submits Absence on behalf of Employee, request is auto approved

This sounds a simple requirement, but for now it does not seem to work for me

I want a condition to show as, if Absence is requested by the Line Manager of behalf of their Employee, then transaction should auto approve
