Not able to change employee hire date?

Summary

Hi Team,

Not able to change employee hire date?

Requirement:- We have hired one employee type as Employee after some time we have terminated that employee.

Now again we have rehired that employees as a contingent worker but we want to change hire date.

But we are getting error while changing the Hire date please find below error screenshot.

Error:- A person can have only one active primary work relationship. (PER-1530203)
