Update Absence Data Using HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader > Downloading the Spreadsheet

Hello All,

On Oracle docs, it is mentioned:

To update absence data using spreadsheets, you need to first select and download the relevant spreadsheet.

  1. In the Data Exchange work area, click Initiate Spreadsheet Load in the Tasks pane.
  2. On the Initiate Spreadsheet Load page, select one of the following absence business objects to upload:
    • Create Absence Record
    • Create Absence Reasons
    • Create Absence Certifications
    • Create Absence Plans
    • Create Absence Types
    • Create Absence Categories

Click Create Spreadsheet to download and save the spreadsheet that you selected.

However, I am not able to find the menu “Initiate Spreadsheet Load”, can you please advise? PFA S1
