Pre-Req and Outcomes not visible on course summary and detailed page for Learners

Hi,

We have created pre-reqs and outcomes on the course, as a LMS admin i am able to see the details on the Admin UI. But as a Learner when i access the course summary page, the Pre-req and outcomes section is blank with a message "There's nothing here so far."

Anyone else faced the issue. How do we resolve this issue?
