How to link baselined Revenue budget and Project Contract Funding

My business needs Revenue budget to be created at Task and resource level. Also we want to make sure that my contract line Project and task level funding be same as baselined revenue budget. How to achieve this requirement PPM SaaS? In EBS system used to have direct link between Revenue budget and Agreement/funding.

Appreciate any suggestion on this.
