Publishing Sandboxes Best Practices

I was wondering if there was any best practices for publishing sandboxes (ie. outside of working hours) for each type of sandbox? I couldn't find any Oracle documentation. We are a global company that runs close to 24/7 so publishing sandboxes outside of hours can be difficult.

I just wanted to see if what differences there were between publishing Page Composers changes which can obviously affect users in the systems vs. something more application specific in something like App Composer?

Any documentation is appreciated!
