Clear wrong Data

I need to clear data from Jul to Dec

Hello,

I need to clear consolidated data from July to Dec, and i can't achieve this from clear data rule, as i should consolidate to this months and when consolidate these months it remove the existing amount and carry the prior amounts again.

So any advise how to clear data without running consolidation? could i achieve this by custom rule?
