Embed website into Onboarding Checklist Task

Embed helpdesk ticket request website in a task for Line Manager.

Hi everyone, 

I have a task assigned to a Line Manager to complete a service ticket in a website to request provisioning. Is it possible to embed a website in a Task so the Line Manager can complete the ticket with in the embed window? 

I have tried adding HTML in the Notes section of a Manual Task, but I receive an error that the website I am embedding is refuses to connect. 

 

Any ideas?
