What is Oracle's recomendation for importing a large volume of accounted project transactions (100s of thousands)?

There is the Create Costed or Accounted Transactions for Third-Party Applications ADF template, which has volume limitations. What is the limit?

And there is no FBDI template as of 20B.

What are our options for a one time conversion?
