Compare 2 datasets based on a date selection

In DV, we are trying to compare 2 versions of data using a specific date in the past. We only have an option to compare using date range but we are interested in a specific date. For example: Side by side compare of our dataset as of June 20 and May 18 (same year, different year etc..). Any help or an idea on how to do this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
