Agreement quantity and agreement amount fields are not validated against each BPA line while creating a standard PO, referenced to BPA line

Business use case:

Users enters into an agreement with the supplier to procure 1000 units(for eg) of Item A, over the period of coming 12 months. For the same a BPA is created with BPA line having Item A, respective agreed price 5 USD(for eg) and the agreement quantity as 1000 units. Based on the same, the BPA line agreement amount is populated with 5000 USD(for eg).

Issue:

When a standard PO is created, which is having a reference to the above BPA, user is able to create a PO for a quantity greater than 1000 units or the PO line ordered amount greater than 5000 USD.
