Unable to Associate a CPA with a Requisition in the Document Builder

In attempting to select a valid Contract Purchase Agreement on the document builder, the LOV does not display the relevant agreement

I am trying to associate a Contract Purchase Agreement while in the document builder to an approved requisition. When I click on the 'Source Agreement' LOV, it only displays the Blanket Purchase Agreements of different suppliers.

I had created a requisition with a specific supplier, and the corresponding CPA was available for selection on the requisition.

I was expecting to be able to select the same CPA on the document builder, in the event the requester forgot to perform the association on the requisition.
