Document of Record - FYI Notification to Employee after Document upload by HR

Hi All,

We are looking at a scenario where HR uploads an attachment in Document Record for a specific employee but the approval is set as 'AUTO APPROVED'. 

After the document is loaded employee doesn't receive any notification where as notification goes to the HR (Creator). Suggest how we can achieve this requirement where after document upload from HR notification goes to Employee for whom this has been uploaded.
