Has anyone integrated wordpress with OCC?

A standard WordPress install requires the WP code package to be installed and hosted on the same server as the website. Given that clients do not have access to the OCC server, I am curious to know if we can get limited access to host WP files on the OCC website server? Or if anyone has found a workaround or standard integration between the two applications?
