Hello all.  I noticed that Start Process checkbox is missing when extending the offer verbally.  We have instances where users extend offer verbally, capture response, and then select to start an onboarding process all within the same action sequence.  In Fluid, Start Process checkbox is available when bypassing / changing step / status, but not within the extend verbally - caption response - start process progression.  I just started a process after I moved candidate to offer step in order to create offer, and of course, the process did not start because conditions are based on certain offer fields.  I
