What is the best way to migrate existing Project agreements and funding from R12 EBS to Cloud. I found few document IDs (2414547.1) but its not giving clear process on data migration.  We have to migrate many old project agreements and funding to Project Contract.

Appreciate if anyone can provide recommendation approach with detailed steps.
