Learning resource alerts - block recipients by Fusion job names

Stopping certain users receiving the Learning Resource alerts based on which job they sit in

Just wondering if anybody knows if we are able to block email resource alerts sending to employees occupying certain jobs.

Use case: we want to send new learning assignment resource alert by email to everyone in our organisation except for our Food store colleagues as they do not have corporate email addresses. So is there a method to stop these users being sent the email alert using our Food Store job structure for example? The rest of the organisation would need receive the email alerts as normal.
