    Hi,

    We have setup an Alert to trigger an email notification when a course is assigned to Learners. This happens only when the course is assigned by selecting a person in the Learners tab by person name or Person number.  But notifications are not triggered when Learning Assignment is either added through HDL or the course is assigned through Person Number list using a csv file.

    Has anyone faced the similar issue?
