Validation between viewpoints

Scenario - Account maintenance view consists of Financial cloud GL and Planning viewpoints. When new account request is raised by user, need to make sure user inserts new account in planning and other downstream viewpoints.
Can we enforce this business rule through custom validation or any other feature?
