Summary

Rehire a worker who is not already available in Cloud

Content

Hello - There are few cases where we convert only active employees or only historical data upto 3-5 years. So, how do we handle scenario where there is a need to rehire employee into Oracle Cloud who was an employee 10 years back. If that's the case, how is the person number reference retained in Oracle if there is a automatic person number generation is followed. I am aware we can have manual method and have the same reference or can correct after the person is created in Oracle.. But more interested in hearing others real-time experience.

Howdy, Stranger!
