Replicate Seeded Data in Fusion?

Does anyone know if the Replicate Seeded Data process still exists in Fusion and is run in the background when a new business unit is created?

I have a problem creating automatic receipt batches at one customer and my gut feeling says it is looking for an automatic receipt source with ID = 1 for the relevant business unit.

When I compare it with another customer, there the automatic receipt source with ID = 1 exists for all the business units.  At my current customer only for one business unit.

I did raise an SR for this but there is very little progress.
