Add Absence > When employee schedules an absence less than 8h, it is considered as one day

Hello All,

When worker (Person Number:442) schedules an absence of less than 8h (for e.g. 2 h), Absence Duration is correct; however, in Projected Balance the Absence is considered as one day instead of partial day (2h/8h=0.25 day) resulting in wrong Projected Balance: 9 days instead of 10-0.25=9.75 days. Can you please advise why? Please find screenshots in attached documents.
