Past Renewals section in Learner Self Service is showing incorrect historical information

When a learner is going to their current learning page from self service, there are a number of sections which provide information on the current learning record - How to Complete, Enrollment Life Cycle, Learning Record Details, Past Renewals etc.

The Past Renewals section is however showing 500 records of renewal history for that learner while the learner has only taken it once before. I believe that the section is wrongly showing the historical completions for that course for all learners. If we try to click one such past renewal record, we are redirected to an error page.
