Hi,

when I create a pending worker I expect to receive an email from hcm to reset my password, but this doesn't happen. The pending worker needs to receive a user account to enter into the system.

Moreover I have set some onboarding tasks for the pending worker, but they aren't assigned to him. How is it possible?
