When editing some existing reports, we are unable to remove the Measure Labels from the graph axis.

Is this a new issue? We recently returned to several reports that were created last year. The most recent edit had been in early 2020. When editing another portion of several horizontal bar graphs, we've encountered an issue where we cannot remove the Measure Label from the graph. Please see the screenshot below. This makes the graphs unusable because the bars are then colored by every combination of the Spend Measure and column we've used to determine color (Quarter).  Has anyone else encountered this issue?
