Hello,

Our Recruiters have requested a number of "Pending Hires"  added to reporting.  This would be calculated based on the number of candidates in the Offer and Testing reference models, in addition to any candidates that are in the Hired model that have not reached their start dates.  

I am having trouble creating a formula that will work for this request.  Is anyone able to provide a suggestion or point us in the right direction?
