In the Test environment and Prod environment, I have previously created approval rules for the 'Manage Document Types' with no issue or warning. I was asked to put the new approval rules in the DEV1 environment yesterday but cannot through the Transaction Manager. Instead, I get this warning, "This transaction isn't available in this application. Use the BPM Worklist application to configure approval rules for this transaction". However, I now get this warning message in all environments (even environments I have not previously configured approval rules). Why would I get it in all environments when I only previously configured them on
