How to add current 'MMM-yy' in Parameter Default Value

Hi,

I would like to set my default value for my Parameter as current 'MMM-YY', so in today's instance 'Jul-20'.

I have a list of values dating from Jan-18 to Jun-24 so would like to set the parameter date as the current period.

I am aware of {$SYSDATE()$} and have tried to include to_char to this but it results in blank.

Does anyone know if it is possible to output 'MMM-YY'
