Hi all,

I recently found this users created in our fusion SaaS environment:

FIISUSER
OPAUSER
rats_monitoring

As per the naming standards, they seems to be users created by Oracle or users automatically by activating some feature. I've search for this user on MOS but I didn't find any information.

Does anyone know this users and why are they created?
