Cannot view AR Period status with 'Review Accounts Receivable Accounting Period Status' aggregate pr

I created a custom Receivables job role with the ORA_GL_ACCOUNTS_RECEIVABLE_PERIOD_STATUS_REVIEW_DUTY aggregate privilege assigned. This should allow the role to VIEW the Receivables period, but not change the status. However the task is not available in the task panel in AR.

It seems the only privilege that allows the ability to get into the Manage Accounting Periods task in Receivables is tied to the ORA_GL_ACCOUNTS_RECEIVABLE_PERIOD_STATUS_MANAGEMENT_DUTY aggregate privilege, which allows changing the period status. When I assign this aggregate privilege to the custom job role, I can get in, but I can change the period status, which is not what I want.
