Add Learning Assignment is not visible after NUX and 20B upgrade

Hi,

We enabled responsive UI along with 20B upgrade recently. Earlier in 19D we used to see an option for Community Manager to create learning assignments to required members of a self service community. But after enabling responsive UI and 20B upgrade the only option we see is add learning items to a community catalog. There was no option to create required learning assignment to the members of a community. 

Please advise.
