Current Client has Multiple Job for their Employees , many employees are eligible to Accrue and report Absences on Both their Jobs . As an Example if an Employee has Two Assignments, Assignment 1 and Assignment 2 for both they will Accrue Leave and Employee can report Absence against both assignments.

In Oracle cloud we can Enroll Absence Plan at Employee Assignment level in that case Employee can be eligible for the Leave on both assignment and he/she will accrue leave on both assignment based on the Accrual Rule. Issue we are facing is , Employee Assignment_2 may not have sufficient Balance but Assignment_1 has Balance so he /she can not use Assignment_1 Balance.
