EDMCS Request Items Update

EDMCS Request Items not getting updated when i upload the request file again with same name.

Hello,

During the EDMCS training sessions last week, i had brought up this question-

I have subscription request on EPBCS side that got generated as a result of the changes in the FCGL app. I tried downloading the request file updating the items and reloading it again with the same name. It gives me an error saying- "File name "Request 6630.xlsx" is already in use. Provide a different name.

There are a lot of items in the request i wanted to update them before i submit the subscription request. Earlier it was just loading the file but nor replacing the items.. the items used be present twice if i would load the file with same name. Now its giving me a file name error.
