Link between subledger lines and invoice lines

I need to link XLA_DISTRIBUTION_LINKS with ap_invoice_lines_all

I need to link XLA_DISTRIBUTION_LINKS with ap_invoice_lines_all, basically to link the tax rate code with sub ledger accounting tables.

i have tried going through AP_INVOICE_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL using invoice_distribution_id = source_distribution_id_num_1 and applied_to_source_id_num_1 = invoice_id, but this doesn't work for all of the invoices, unfortunately. I think this is because i need the tax rate code to go onto the 'item' rows instead of the tax rows which the report doesn't pick up  in the form of extra rows such as in the ap_invoice_lines_all table.
