Ability to manage footer in the Doc Designer for PDF attachments

Use Case:

Our CPQ environment connects with external configurators. Based on the configuration, a PDF drawing is generated and attached at the line item level in CPQ and included during generation of the output document. Some of the drawings use the entire page (zero margins). We stamp a footer on all pages with the Transaction and page # and this is overlapping with the Drawing making it hard to read. No workarounds have been identified through Oracle support and they recommended this be added to the idea lab (see SR 3-23655736561 for history).
