Display business title instead of job title in SmartNav-Personalize IssueContent
I have a weird issue related to personalization.
I am trying to display business title instead of job title in SmartNav. I was able to find out the region which control this section but when click Edit Task Flow for that region in DEv2, nothing displayed. I tried couple of options including setting Content Delivery and Child Creation property to immediate but still I don't see anything under region
Then I tried the same personalization in production. After trying couple of times, suddenly I am able to see the properties under region. After I made required changes, I came out of the sandbox and then went back to see it. Now there is nothing under region.
