Avoid Muiltiple Clicks while access a course

Hi all, 

once we assign an offering or course to en employee it takes multiple clicks to get the content.

for example. Go to what to learn, click on the required course click on Begin Learn and then click on View... it’s too many clicks, is there a way that we can assign courses so it’s available on two clicks, thanks
