Acceptance Notes, Evaluation Notes and Response Return Reason

This post illustrates the difference between acceptance notes, evaluation notes and return message for questionnaire responses.

After a responder submitted the questionnaire response, the initiative owner can either accept or return the response to the responder if needed.

If the initiative owner accepts a response, he/she can optionally enter acceptance notes for accepting the questionnaire response on the header level and on the question level as needed.

The acceptance notes are available to view within the evaluation team and are not shared with responders.

 

If the initiative owner decides to return the response to the responder, for example, for more information, then the initiative owner can specify a return reason for the responder.
